Actress Susan Dey



Actress Susan Dey was born in Pekin, Illinois on Dec. 10th 1952. Her first acting appearance was as Laurie Partridge on The Partridge Family. Her first movie was in 1972's Skyjacked. She appeared in one of her most popular movies, Mary Jane Harper Cried Last Night, in 1977. In 1978 Susan Dey appeared with Meredith Baxter of Family Ties and Eve Plumb of the Brady Bunch in the movie Little Women. Meredith Baxter was also on an episode of The Partridge Family. Susan Dey also appeared in LA Law.

About Dr. Seuss: Theodor Seuss Geisel, better known to the world as the beloved Dr. Seuss, was born in 1904 on Howard Street in Springfield, Massachusetts. Ted's father, Theodor Robert, and grandfather were brewmasters in the city. His mother, Henrietta Seuss Geisel, often soothed her children to sleep by "chanting" rhymes remembered from her youth. Ted credited his mother with both his ability and desire to create the rhymes for which he became so well known.

PlayStation Network Still Down – Glitch is the Main Cause




PlayStation Network Still Down – Glitch is the Main Cause – Latest Updates and Status – As of this writing, the Sony PlayStation Network is still down. According to Sony, they are still narrowing down the main issue and they are in continuous efforts to restore the service.
The PlayStation Network is down due to a glitch in the system. Sony is currently investigating on this problem and are focused on developing an immediate solution. users from all over the world are still unable to connect to the PlayStation Network due to this down time that has been around for almost a day.
In the most recent update by Sony, they have confirmed that the slim units (120/250 GB models) are connecting to the PlayStation Network normally. The ones that are affected by the PlayStation down time are the older and fatter models of the PlayStation 3. Check back here for more latest updates on the PlayStation Network down time. We’ll monitor the progress of Sony’s service restoration efforts in the coming hours.

Devastating 8.8 Earthquake in Santiago Chile

Japan braces for a tsunami, warnings and watches in California and Hawaii have been discontinued. Meanwhile, Chileans are counting their dead. The current death toll is difficult to count as people are being pulled from the rubble of the 8.8-magnitude earthquake. President Barack Obama offered relief aid and recovery to Chilean President Michelle Bachelet. The earthquake struck at 3:34 a.m. in central Chile, roughly 200 miles southwest of Santiago.
